We have been cultivating our own fields since our foundation over 100 years ago. Through our passion for the plant, continuous research and the optimization of agricultural processes, we have revolutionized cultivation, use and sustainability.
As soon as the horseradish stops growing, it is harvested. As horseradish is a living product, we have developed special transport pallets for it - so that the roots can be transported "first class", without any stress or pressure.
When the horseradish comes out of our chiller, it is washed, peeled, cut and refined with other ingredients depending on the preparation. It is then gently bottled - this ensures that all the healthy and pungent essential mustard oils are retained.
