LEMON HORSERADISH BUTTER

INGREDIENTS

250 g soft butter
4 tsp table horseradish
2 tsp agave syrup
1/2 organic lemon
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION

Heat the butter and mix with the horseradish, honey, lemon zest and lemon juice from half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper

Roll up in parchment paper and twist the sides.

Put the butter in the freezer.

TIP

The butter looks particularly pretty if you chill it in small cookie cutters and press it out later. The butter also tastes delicious with fresh rosemary!
