HORSERADISH CREAM WITH PUMPERNICKEL

300 g cream cheese

Parsley

Cress

1/2 red bell pepper
4 tsp ajvar (paprika puree)
4 tsp KOCH'S creamy horseradish
2 tsp lemon juice
8 slices pumpernickel

PREPARATION

Place the cream cheese in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Now divide the cream cheese between three small bowls.

Bowl 1: Wash and finely chop the parsley, dill and cress. Stir into the cream cheese.

Bowl 2: Finely chop the peppers and add to the cream cheese together with the ajvar.

Bowl 3: Mix the lemon juice and horseradish with the cream cheese.

Now layer one after the other: Pumpernickel, horseradish cream, pumpernickel, paprika cream, pumpernickel, herb cream, pumpernickel.
